In January we were joined by 2 auditors from NQA to undertake our annual ISO Surveillance Audit. The audit duration was initially 3 days, however was shortened to 2 days with the addition of a second auditor on the opening day.

Environmental Forestry UK Ltd (EFL) are certified to the following standards:

• ISO9001:2015
• ISO14001:2015
• ISO45001:2018
• NHSS2A, Issue 2, June 2017
• NHSS18, Issue 3, November 2020

We’re pleased to report that outcome of the audit was a success, and we have once again been granted continuation of certification.

During the course of the audit, there were x 4 Opportunities for Improvement issued, and x 1 Best Practice.

No Minor or Major NC’s where identified.

This is the first time we have been granted a Best Practice during an ISO audit, which was given as recognition for our annual Safety Day. The below is taken from our Audit Report:

“The safety day showed the company’s commitment on Safety, Quality and Environmental commitment to all its Interested Parties. This event being above that which a company would generally go to in maintaining its high standard. Setting a best practice within their industry.” 

Overall this is a fantastic result and a reflection of the hard work and commitment to the standards of all our staff, both operational and non operational.
